TERP Grants Program: Do I Qualify?

Last week, Shoppa’s began helping eligible customers apply for the 2021-2022 Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants (ERIG) program. The grants, which are part of the Texas legislature’s efforts to improve air quality in specific counties, are part of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP). Grant recipients typically receive significant funding to apply toward new equipment.

The owner of this tractor received a $71,117 TERP grant toward the purchase of new equipment.

Qualifying Locations

Here in the Houston area, you must use your equipment at least 55% of the time in any of the following counties: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, Orange and Waller.
